I like that they’re open late enough for me to swing by after work. It feels like most places always close right when you finally have time to stop, so this has been really convenient for me.

I shop on runnings.com every now and then, so I figured I’d try the loyalty program. my first impression wasn’t great. The whole thing felt a little underwhelming, and my points didn’t seem to show up right away, so I ended up checking my account a couple times just to make sure it was working. I did save a few bucks eventually, which is nice, but the rewards add up slowly. It’s not a bad program, just not something I’d get too excited about.

I stopped in looking for a pair of boots and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. They actually took the time to help me find the right size without hovering or making me feel pressured. Everyone was super friendly, and it made the whole trip way easier than I expected. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered a pair of work boots and some dog supplies from runnings.com last month, everything showed up just how I’d hoped!!
The boots feel really sturdy, the stitching looks well done, and they didn’t take much time to break in at all. The dog food bag also arrived clean and in good shape, not all crushed or beat up like I’ve had happen with other places.
Prices seemed fair, but what I liked most was that the quality actually matched my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering again when I need more farm or home stuff.

I had to get a repair done under warranty, it took longer than I was hoping for!!! The process wasn’t terrible, but there was definitely some waiting around. In the end, they did get it handled, so I can’t complain too much!!
